Barack Obama will be taking his fourth oath of office tomorrow. Officials feel that it needed to be made clear to the American people that Barack Obama is President and he is in charge of the nation.

Huge precautions are being taken lest a few people not believe that Obama is truly the President. It is still expected that 20% of the Republicans have reservations and will demand a fifth oath or further proof that Obama is actually real and not photo shopped.

This event also provides proof that the old adage about black people having to work twice as hard to be taken seriously is true.

Experts expect it to stick this time. Barack Obama is President of the United States.

The last President to take the oath four times was Franklin Roosevelt. However, he was elected four times. Roosevelt didn't have to double down on the oath to make it understood that he was President.
